It matters to us that you’re well informed. But we also realize too much information and too many choices can lead to paralysis. It’s understandable if you sometimes walk away from our content without a clear sense of the next right step to take. And the more widely you read — itself a good thing — the more the problem compounds.
We recognize the value of simplicity & focus. Connected Health is organized into six-week cohorts. Every six weeks, you’ll take an assessment to establish which of your body systems needs the most attention. Based on your assessment, you’ll receive a personalized plan designed to guide you, step-by-step, through the next right steps for you.
